This class can manage an hosting account using HC8 control panel API.

It can send SOAP requests to an HC8 API Web server to perform several types of operations to manage hosting accounts. Currently it can:

- Add, get or delete users, get or set an user profile, enable or disable users, change an user password
- Get an hosting plan, get plan details
- Add, get or delete Web sites, get Web site properties, add sub-domains
