This class can show navigation links for listings split in pages.
It takes as parameters the total number of listing entries, the limit of entries to display per page and the number of the current page.
The class can generate HTML links to go to the previous, next, first, last and any intermediate listing pages.
It can also return a limit clause to retrieve the range of result rows when performing a query to retrieve the entries for the current page from a MySQL database or compatible.
