Working with files and folders

This class can perform file and directory manipulation operations. It can:

- Create files with full access permissions assuring that their directories exist
- Read and write to text and binary files
- Change file permissions
- Move files to different directories
- Retrieve the listing of directories recursively
- Rename or delete files
- Delete directories and their contents recursively
- Create directories
