  Detailed description  
This class can generate XML documents from data of CSV files.

It can read a file with data in CSV format and parse it to generate a XML document with the data that was retrieved.

The name of the CSV data columns is used as XML document tag names after cleaning any characters that are not adequate to use in tag names.
