This class can get application text translations from class constants.

It can get application texts for a given idiom by accessing the respective class constants that have the text of the selected idiom.

Applications should create separate classes for each of the supported idioms. Those classes should have constants defined for each of the supported text strings for which the translations are needed.

The class supports both static translation texts or texts with parameters. The parameterized functions are retrieved by calling static functions passing the application parameters.
