This class can validate input values according to many rules.
It can take an array of values and validation rules that you want to try to validate the input values.
Currently it can validate the input values as integers, floating point numbers, dates, files, strings, IP addresses, national documents, e-mail addresses and URLs.
The class returns a list of input values that did not pass the specified validation rules.
