This class can get shipping quotes for parcels sent via Correios, the Brazilian postal services.
It takes as parameters the details of a parcel to be delivered via Correios, like the parcel package dimensions, weight, etc..
The class can send a SOAP request to Correios Web services API Web servers to get a quote for sending a parcel from a location to another given their zip codes.
