This class can send HTTP requests in a was compatible with the Curl extension.
The class can send HTTP GET and POST requests to a given Web server.
It also provides wrapper functions with names similar to the Curl extension so it can work as a partial replacement for when the Curl extension is not available in the current PHP installation.
