This class can be used to query MySQL databases using parameter lists.
It can connect to a given MySQL database server and execute queries of 4 types: queries that do not return results, queries that return a single value, queries that return a row of values in an array and queries that return multiple rows of values in a two dimensions array.
The class can also return the last inserted table record identifier.
