This class can generate links to browse MySQL query results.
It can take as parameters a SQL query, the limit number of results to display per page and the number of the current page.
The class can calculate the LIMIT clause parameters to put in the query to get the number of entries to display per page, as well other values to put in result pagination links like the numbers and titles of the pages to go to the previous, next, first, last and other listing intermediate pages.
