This class can execute SQL queries using PDO. It can:
- Connect to a database of a given type
- Execute a given query using an array of prepared parameters and retrieve the whole results into an array
- Execute INSERT queries using an array of prepared parameters
- Execute queries reading the SQL statements from a given file
