This class can perform validation of values of many types.
It can take a given value and validate in several ways like it is an integer, a floating point value, e-mail, URL, IP address, boolean, date and/or time, MAC address, zip code, phone number, short integer, alphanumeric string, validate an array of values, etc..
The class can also clean text values in several ways like trimming white space, removing HTML tags, decode UTF-8 characters, and convert characters into HTML entities.
