WKHTMTOPDF HTML to PDF creator

This class can convert HTML to PDF using the Webkit engine.
It can take content in HTML format and render it as a PDF document using either the wkhtmltopdf program or the functions of the wkhtmltopdf PHP extension.
The class allows overriding the original HTML content title and provide HTML for the headers and footers of the generated PDF document, as well the automatic generation of a table of contents.
The generated PDF document can be served returned as a single string, stored in a file, served for download or displayed in the user browser.
