This class can build CSS stylesheets with styles that inherit their definitions from parent styles.
It can parse custom type of CSS stylesheets with a special property named -inherit that indicates that the definition of a style is based on another given parent style.
The class resolves the inherited styles definitions including the parent styles properties.
The resulting CSS stylesheet can be returned as a string or saved to a file.
