Configuration reader and writer

This class can read and write configuration text files.

It can create configuration files in a readable text format from an array of values that define the each configuration value details like the name, value and type.

It also supports writing entries that are actually comments or empty lines.

The class can also read a configuration file previously written by this class to extract the configuration values or to update with new values and write the configuration back to the file.
