This class can process and verify payments with Parspal API.
It can send a SOAP request to the Parspal API to process a given payment request.
The Parspal API returns an URL to redirect the user, so he can complete the request authorizing the payment from his Parspal account.
The class can also send another type of SOAP request to the Parspal API to verify if the payment was completed.
