This class can send e-mail messages using the Elastic Email API.
It can send a HTTP request to the Elastic Email API Web server to send an e-mail message on behalf of a given user of the service.
The class passes the message parameters like the sender and recipient addresses, the message subject, the message body and whether it is HTML or text.
