This class can set HTTP headers to control browser cache.
It takes parameter that determine how the current page or other Web resource should be cached by the browser.
The class sends HTTP response headers using different strategies considering the desired caching parameters and the request headers sent by the browser.
Currently it can HTTP 304 content not modified response status based on desired cache time, on content modification, or a custom strategy defined by a given callback function.
