This class can generate links to browse paginated listings.
It can take the total number of entries and the limit of entries to display per page and generates HTML links to browse the listing starting from the current page defined by a GET request parameter.
The number of pagination links can be limited.
It can also return the LIMIT clause to define a range of rows to retrieve listing values using a MySQL database query.
