This class can get the address in Brazil of a given CEP zip code.
It can send an HTTP request to the CEP Livre API Web server get the address in Brazil of a given CEP zip code.
It returns the street address, region, city, state, latitude, longitude, area code (DDD) and IBGE's city code.
The class can also send an API request to get the CEP zip code of a given address.
It parses the JSON response and returns the decoded values.
An account in the CEP Livre site is necessary to obtain an API to access the service.
