This class can generate Web pages from template scripts.

It can load a configuration script from a given template directory and generates using PHP scripts defined in the configuration.

The configuration parameters may specify scripts for defining the page header, footer, body, JavaScript and CSS to use.

If the specified page file does not exists, it can load a configured default page script for the error 404 page.
