This class is a Microsoft SQL Server database access wrapper.

It can connect to a given Microsoft SQL server using configuration values that can be retrieved from a configuration file.

The class can also execute arbitrary SQL queries, retrieve results into objects or arrays, and execute SQL queries to retrieve or delete a single table record.
