This class can validate command line or HTTP request parameters.
It can take the parameters passed to a PHP script and validated them according to given rules.
The parameter values can be passed either from the command line or in the HTTP request URL.
Currently the class supports validating parameters that must be integers or file names.
The class may also return the values of the validated parameters.
