This class can retrieve weather forecasts with Wunderground API.

It can send HTTP requests to the Wunderground Weather API Web server to retrieve weather forecast information.

The class provides a fluent interface to configure several types of parameters for the forecast request like the location, the period of forecast, weather conditions to retrieve, weather alerts, etc..
