This class can validate and process uploaded files.
It check all files uploaded by Web forms to verify if the file size does not exceed a given limit, verify if the file has an allowed file name extension, and verify if there is a file already with the same content.
The class can copy the validated files to a given directory.
If there was a validation problem the class can display the validation error message.
