This class can be used to log PHP exceptions to view in BugSense.
It should be called from a exception catch section, so it can send a HTTP request to the BugSense API Web server to record the exception event.
The class sends several types of details about the circumstances of the execption, so later BugSense can visually present useful information about the recorded exceptions.
