This class can generate HTML documents programmatically.

It provides functions to generate HTML tag constructs of several types based on given parameters.

Currently it can generate HTML for page head sections, page titles, JavaScript and CSS inclusion, tables, images, links, lists, forms, etc..

The composed document HTML is assembled and returned as a single string.
