This class converts for instance:
6,7 -> 06.07.2003 (expands to the current year)
6,7,99 -> 06.07.1999
6.7 -> 06.07.2003
06,07 -> 06.07.2003
06-07-03 -> 06.07.2003
6sjdfh7sjdk -> 06.07.2003
... and any combination of the above to the right date
It returns the date in mysql timestamp, timestamp, day, month, year seperatly and in one string.
