Description The project was done as the freelance Developer.
The Visitor Photo Pass System is Developed to issue the Visitor Passes and to keep the record of the Visitors in the Gas Authority India Ltd, Pata, Kanpur. Application is compatible with Multi-user system.
It takes the Photograph of the visitor by Digital Camera attached with PC and Provides the form to input Details about the Visitor. All the Details with Photograph are stored in Database. It issues the passes for Visitors, Vehicles, and Permanent passes for the Contractors and generates the reports like : Visitors inside, Total visitors on a particular time/day, Visitors visited to a particular employee, vehicle reports. List can be viewed by Name (sorted on any field in database) or Photographs.
