Manipulate JPEG image files uploaded via Web forms

This class is meant to manipulate image files in the JPEG format uploaded via Web forms.

It can retrieve the image files submitted by posted forms, rescale the image to fit given constrainst, rotate the images and draw a frame around the picture and save the processed image in JPEG format with a configurable compression level.

Reduce a JPEG file size adjusting its quality

To reduce the size of JPEG image file, usually the image is saved with lower quality compression factor.

However, using this method it is not guaranteed that the size of the resulting image file will be smaller than a given size limit.

JPEG Reducer is a class that solves this problem by trying different quality to determine the ideal compression ratio to reduce image to the target limit size just by specifying that limit value in class variable.

This class can be used in public photo gallery to make sure all images are have acceptable size.

This class generates and displays images in the JPEG format that represent bubble charts.

It can be useful to show the positioning of subjects (such as companies, products, people, organizations, teams and so on) face to 2 qualities (classified according to a semantic scale) at time.

The width of the bubble allows to represent a third quality of the subject: this quality is relative to the other subjects.

An interesting use of this class is to create strategic marketing graphs in order to analyze the positioning of a company face to its competitors, taking two critical success factors at time.
