Manage categories of hierarchic content

This class can be used to manage categories of content stored in a MySQL that is structured in hierarchies of unlimited depth.

The categories hierarchy is stored in a MySQL table that keeps the information about each category including the identifier of its parent category record.

The class provides functions to add a new category, update, delete and retrieve the details of an existing category, retrieve the list of categories as an array or formatted in HTML.

Generates menus of HTML links like Windows XP

This class can be used to generate menus of HTML links similar to those of Windows XP.

It takes a list of menu categories and category links and generates HTML and Javascript that make all categories appear in a vertical menu bar.

When the user clicks on a category, the category links appear below it. When the user clicks on another category, the previously displayed category links are hidden.
