A class to crop images in a variety of ways.

This is a class allows you to crop an image in a variety of ways.

You can crop in an absolute or relative way (to a certain size or by a certain size), both as a pixel number or a percentage.

You can also save or display the cropped image.

The cropping can be done in 9 different positions: top left, top, top right, left, centre, right, bottom left, bottom, or bottom right.

Or you can have it automatically cropped based on a threshold value.

The original image can be loaded from the file system or from a string (for example, data returned from a database.)

It will also compensate so you can use GD versions 1.x or 2.x (though obviously 2.x will produce much better results!)

This class can be used to manipulate image files uploaded using Web forms.

It can resized an uploaded file image maintaining the aspect ratio to create a thumbnail image.

It can process uploaded images either in the JPEG or PNG format. Then it can crop and resize the images using and given rescale value.

The resulting images can be stored in a file with a givem file name in JPEG format. The JPEG compression rate is configurable.

It can load images in the GIF, JPEG and PNG formats, and apply several types of effects.

Currently it supports the effects: resize, rotate, apply filters like colorize, blur, negate, emboss, contrast, interlace, crop, draw text, fog, sepia.

It can also apply multiple effects in a single combo operation.

The resulting image is saved to a file.

This package can be used to implement a visual editor to let the user crop images.

It generates HTML, JavaScript and CSS for an user interface to let the user click on an image and define an area of the image to be cropped.

A PHP class of the package can crop the image as defined by the user and save the cropped image to a given file.

This class can be used to crop images by removing edges with same color.

It can load a GIF, JPEG or PNG image and scans it to detect edges color, so it crops the image to remove the edge areas that have the same color around it.

The cropped image is outputted in the same format as the original image.

This class can be used to crop images by removing common color borders.

It can load a picture and scan its border pixels to determine how thick is the border.

The sensibility level that is used to determine which pixels are in the border is configurable.

The class can crop the image be keeping on the interior inside the image border.

The resulting cropped image can be displayed in JPEG, PNG or GIF format, saved to a file or embedded in an HTML page.
