Draw an hierarchic diagram from a XML definition

This package can draw diagrams of hierarchy trees defined in XML files.

The diagram class is a follow-up of another class released here before. Instead of arrays, now it uses XML to define the diagram.

It also implements more features supporting: borders, text colors, fonts, text alignments, backgrounds, paddings, margins, text over the node connections and the thickness of the connections.

The tree XML files define the structure of nodes of the tree as well the graphical attributes that define details of how the diagram should be rendered.

Calculate biorhythm curve values and draw diagrams

This is a simple class for calculating a personal biorhythm values given the birth date and the date of a given day of life.

The (most common) theory of biorhythm states that our daily lives are significantly affected by simple rhythmic cycles. When we are born, three cycles begin from zero point and then oscillate between -100 and 100 till we die. The physical period is 23 days long, emotional 28, and intellectual has period of 33 days. Beware of days when any curve crosses zero especially if two or three do this simultaneously.

This class computes the data that defines the three sinusiodal curves (physical, emotional, and intellectual) in range from -100 to 100.

If the gd library extension is installed the class also provides means to build a simple yet neat diagram.

Draw entity-relationship diagram images

This class is meant to generate images that present entity-relationship diagrams.

The entities are represented by rectangles with a text that represents its name. The relationships are represented by lines that connect the relationships rectangles.

The class models entity objects to which may be associated relationships to other entity objects.

The class can draw the entity rectangles in given coordinates of an images created with the GD library.

The relationship lines are drawn in coordinates determined automatically by the class from the respective entity coordinates. The class can also draw labels that are associated to each relationship.

The image can be outputted in any format supported by the GD library.

The supplied example generates clickable image maps that are linked to URLs associated to each entry. You need the TrueType font named tahoma.ttf in the fuentes directory. The example stores the generated image in the tmp sub-directory of the script directory.
