This class can be used to manipulate directories and all the contained sub-directories and files.

It can copy, delete and move (copy and delete) whole directory trees by traversing recursively a given directory.

Scans through a folder with option to recurse

A simple class that goes through a specified folder and lists all files, triggering a class event every time a new file has been found and a different event when a folder is found. You concentrate on what you need to do with the files. There were many dir classes out there but none which could do what I wanted, this is why I release this one. Released as sharewear (see readme file) which is my own version of freeware.

Generate simple MS Excel files (xls).

This project includes some classes which are used to generate very simple MS Excel file (xls) via PHP. The generated xls file can be obtained by web as a stream file or can be written under $default_dir path. It has very simple usage to generate xls file from a select query using mysql, pgsql, oci8 databases.
Limitation:
- Max character size of a text(label) cell is 255
( due to MS Excel 5.0 Binary File Format definition )
