Generate help desk questions work flow

This class can be used to generate questions for an help desk support service work flow.

The class uses a MySQL database pre-loaded with questions to ask users requesting support in an help desk service. The database also contains the possible answers that are expected.

Depending on the answers provided by the users, the class determines the next step, which can be asking the user another question.

The class uses Smarty templates to generate the pages of each step. The template file name is also stored in the questions database.

This class can be used in other kinds of applications besides help desk services . It could also be used for e-learning applications, surveys, tests, etc..

	2. Simple Mini Poll		survey

Online poll system with administration interface

This package is meant to create online surveys. It lets you create Web based polls with a single question for which the users can only pick one answer of multiple answers. There is no limit of possible answers per poll.

The poll questiom, the possible answers and the respective vote count are store in MySQL database tables.

The system does not require authentication nor keeps track of the address of the users but has protection to prevent that users of the same IP address vote more than once for a given period.

The class can generate HTML forms presenting a poll in a Web page, as well display the table of the current results.

A separate class can generate a HTML based Web interface to create, activate and delete polls.

Manage survey to vote on colors

This is an example class that can manage a survey to let users vote on colors.

The class updates a file after each vote to stores the count of each survey option.

The class can present the results of the servey as colored images with the name of each option and the respective result number as a percentage.

Sessions are used to keep track of the users that voted. An user that closes his browser may vote again.

Build and process polls stored in a database

This class is meant to build and process survey polls with definitions and results stored in a database.

It uses the ezSQL class by Justin Vincent and the Template Engine class by Jonas Lasauskas. To use the PollEng class you need to have these two classes and your site must be built with the Template Engine class.

This class allows you to:

- read the poll data from the database
- display the poll (question or results)
- update votes in the database
