The Country Date Class
This class is used for set and get date or time on your host and your country (Where the most people use your web site.).
This class is declared by one parameter by pass the variable that is boolean, before upload to your host this variable must is true.
You can get your country date time by define the constants in this class C_LOCAL_TIMEZONE and C_LOCAL_DIFF_GMT, and get value by use get_local_date(),
It returns your country week day and hour. You can see the example in date_example.php.
