Please note that while useful in a development server, some of the settings in #7 should not be set like that on a production server. For example, when setting error_reporting to E_ALL, might cause drama as the visitors of the website see all the errors, if they're not hidden. Other than that, very helpful tips, thank you!

That is why in number 6 I tell to set display_errors = Off .
