This package can change the brightness of a color expressed in hexadecimal format.

It provides a function that takes a color value in hexadecimal format and a value of the number of steps to adjust the color brightness level.

The package also comes with a Laravel Illuminate service class to provide the function as a service to be used within Laravel applications.
