nGenie: Template engine with block iteration support

This package is a template engine that uses regular expressions to locate template variable place holder and replace by the variable values.

It provides block iteration support letting applications define groups of values that are used to replace the template placeholder values within the same block that is processed iteratively as many times as there are variable values.
