A class that draws vertical or horizontal graphs using html. You need a gif image. Works out of box.

1. Fixed the Percentage Calculation to be more accurate.
2. Allow the user to specify:
a. The number of decimal places in the percentage.
b. The colour of the bar (needs im.php3, included).
c. The background colour.
d. The border width (0=no border).
