This class can log messages of different levels to files.

It can create log files with messages of several levels like: information, warning, debug, and fatal.

The messages are appended to a given log file until it reaches a given file size limit.

The class rotates the log messages when a log file exceeds the configured limit. The class only keeps up to a limit of rotated log files.
