PHP Form To DB: Validate form submission and save to MySQL records

This class can validate form submission and save to MySQL records.

It can extract values of inputs of a submitted form and validate them according to several possible validation rules.

Currently it can validate inputs as email addresses, titles, names, database column names, random keys, messages, integers, floating point numbers, phone numbers, dates, URLs, MD5 hashes, text clean of HTML, postal codes.

The validates form values may be saved to new MySQL database table record or update an existing record.
