This class is a simple database access wrapper using PDO.

It can connect to a MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite database using the respective PDO driver.

In the case of SQLite it can create a database file in a given directory if the database file did not exist before.

After connecting to the database, it can execute arbitrary SQL queries passing prepared parameter values if necessary.
