This class can perform several operations to filter text strings. Currently it can:

- Validate email addresses
- Validate string with spaces, digits or symbols
- Encode HTML tags
- Encode text in hexadecimal
- Escape characters with slashes
- Add HTML line breaks
- Replace marks with spaces
- Remove spaces
- Remove HTML tags
- Remove slashes
- Replace tags
- Decode HTML to text
