This class can generate HTML pages with custom JavaScript and CSS.

It takes directories with JavaScript and CSS files and generates an HTML for a page head section that includes the JavaScript and CSS files found in the specified directories.

The class may also include the page title, HTML document type, character set and custom head section tags.
