This package implements a CRM, Ticketing system, and a employee manangement system using CodeIgniter. It features:
- Allows manage customers and employees, allocating different tasks to different people
- Supports multi-language administration and multiple customer environments
- Track customer tasks in logs
- The task Manager module is implemented by classes that execute each task and are called by the system scheduler to define users for which task should be executed
- Can set customer events in the customer manager, like urgent call, or email sent, which indicates an action that should be done for that customer.
- The ticketing and messaging system (TMS) allows exchanging messages between different parts of organizations including departments, customers, and users. |
